Statistics and Analytics Dashboards
ProcureSwift ships with six built-in analytics dashboards that turn the procurement data (purchase orders, invoices, deliveries, evaluations) into actionable insights. Each dashboard is a standalone page with its own filters and a one-click Export PDF action that produces a printable report.
All six pages require the AdminStatistics / View permission.
Procurement Cycle Time Analytics
Route: /cycle-time
Tracks how long each stage of the procurement workflow takes (PR → Approval → Sourcing → PO → Delivery → Invoice → Payment) and highlights items that are stuck longer than an SLA threshold.
Filters: period (Month / Quarter / Year) and SLA Threshold (5, 10, 15 or 30 days).
Use it when you need to find the bottleneck in your procurement workflow — for example, to see whether approvals or supplier sourcing are slowing things down — or to surface every requisition currently breaching SLA so the team can clear the backlog.
Invoice Payments
Route: /invoice-payments
Shows the payment status of invoices at a glance, with summary cards for To Pay (unpaid but within due date), Overdue (unpaid past due date), Paid (fully paid) and rejected invoices, plus a breakdown by amount and currency.
Use it when you need a quick health check of accounts payable, to find overdue invoices that need chasing, or to confirm cash outflow against amounts already paid.
Spend Analytics
Route: /spend-analytics
Aggregates total spend across the chosen period and breaks it down by dimensions such as supplier, category and project. Designed for the "where is the money going" question.
Filters: period (Month / Quarter / Year).
Use it when you need to answer top-line spend questions for management: who are the biggest suppliers this quarter, which projects are consuming the most budget, which categories are growing.
Spend Trend Explorer
Route: /spend-trend
Plots bucketed spend over time so trends and anomalies are visible. Spend can be bucketed by Day / Week / Month / Quarter / Year and optionally grouped by Supplier, Category or Project. Spikes that deviate from the baseline are flagged as anomalies.
Filters: Granularity, Group By, period (Month / Quarter / Year).
Use it when Spend Analytics tells you what you spent and you need to see how it changed over time — for example, to investigate a sudden jump in a category, or to confirm that a cost-saving initiative is actually reducing spend.
Supplier Performance
Route: /supplier-performance
Compares suppliers on operational metrics such as win rate, on-time delivery, fulfilment rate and quality. Useful for identifying top performers and underperformers across the supplier base.
Filters: period (Month / Quarter / Year).
Use it when preparing supplier reviews, deciding which suppliers to invite to future RFQs, or building a shortlist of preferred suppliers.
Supplier Scorecard 360
Route: /supplier-scorecard
A holistic 360-degree view of a single supplier. Combines spend, purchase order volume, average order value, a composite performance score and a tier rating into one printable scorecard.
Filters: Supplier selector and period (Month / Quarter / Year).
Use it when you need a single document to discuss one supplier — for a contract negotiation, a quarterly business review or an internal escalation. Export to PDF to share outside the platform.
Exporting to PDF
Every dashboard has an Export PDF button in the toolbar. The exported file mirrors what is on screen at the time of export, including the active filters, so it can be archived or sent as-is.
Permissions
All six dashboards require the AdminStatistics / View permission. Users without it will not see the menu entries.
