Adding a New Supplier
The Suppliers section is used to manage suppliers the organization collaborates with. An administrator or an authorized user can invite suppliers to the system so they can submit invoices and communicate through the ProcureSwift platform.
- The user logs in to the ProcureSwift application.
- In the main menu, navigates to Suppliers.
- Selects Add new supplier.
- On the Invite New Supplier screen, enters: Email Address, Full Name.
- Clicks the Send Invitation button.
What Happens After Sending the Invitation
After the invitation is sent:
- the supplier automatically receives an invitation email,
- the email contains instructions for creating a supplier account,
- once registered, the supplier can start using ProcureSwift.
