Platform Users

This section is used to manage platform users.

  1. Go to Administration → Platform Users.
  2. A list of all users is displayed, including basic information such as name, email address, phone number, email confirmation, and active status.
  3. For each user, click Actions to access available management options.

Available actions

From the Actions menu, you can perform the following operations:

  • View Profile – opens the user’s detailed profile.
  • Manage Roles – allows assigning or updating the user’s roles and permissions.
  • Add to Contacts – adds the user to the contacts list.
  • Delete – removes the user from the system.

User profile details

Click Actions → View Profile to open the user’s detailed profile. In the user profile, you can:

  • check whether the account is active and whether the email address is confirmed,
  • edit public user information such as name, phone number, email, company, and address,
  • manage administrative user settings (admin-only access).

Any changes must be confirmed by clicking Save Changes.
