Platform Users
This section is used to manage platform users.
- Go to Administration → Platform Users.
- A list of all users is displayed, including basic information such as name, email address, phone number, email confirmation, and active status.
- For each user, click Actions to access available management options.
Available actions
From the Actions menu, you can perform the following operations:
- View Profile – opens the user’s detailed profile.
- Manage Roles – allows assigning or updating the user’s roles and permissions.
- Add to Contacts – adds the user to the contacts list.
- Delete – removes the user from the system.
User profile details
Click Actions → View Profile to open the user’s detailed profile. In the user profile, you can:
- check whether the account is active and whether the email address is confirmed,
- edit public user information such as name, phone number, email, company, and address,
- manage administrative user settings (admin-only access).
Any changes must be confirmed by clicking Save Changes.
