Approval of New Users (Admin)

Every new user registration must be approved by an administrator.

User approval process

  1. The administrator logs in to the ProcureSwift application.

  2. In the main menu, go to Approvals.

  3. Select User Approvals.

  4. In the list of pending registrations:

    click to approve the user, or click to reject the registration.

After approval, the user can access the system, but does not yet have a role assigned. To fully use the system, a role must be assigned (see Assigning a Role to a User).
