Assigning a Role to a User
For a user to work fully in the system, an administrator must assign them a role.
Role assignment procedure
For a user to work fully in the system, an administrator must assign them a role.
- The administrator navigates to Administration.
- Select Platform Users.
- Find the required user in the user list.
- Click Actions.
- Select Manage Roles.
- Choose the required role (or multiple roles).
- Save the changes.
After the role is assigned, the user becomes fully active and can use the application according to the granted permissions.
