Assigning a Role to a User

For a user to work fully in the system, an administrator must assign them a role.

Role assignment procedure

For a user to work fully in the system, an administrator must assign them a role.

  1. The administrator navigates to Administration.
  2. Select Platform Users.
  3. Find the required user in the user list.
  4. Click Actions.
  5. Select Manage Roles.
  6. Choose the required role (or multiple roles).
  7. Save the changes.

After the role is assigned, the user becomes fully active and can use the application according to the granted permissions.
