Catalog Items
Catalog Item Management
The Catalog Items section is used to manage the catalog of materials or services that can be used when creating purchase requisitions in the system.
Users can:
- create new catalog items,
- edit existing items,
- import items using CSV or Excel files.
Where to Find the Catalog
- In the main menu, click Projects.
- Select Catalog Items.
A list of all catalog items will be displayed.
Creating a New Catalog Item
- Click the Create button.
- The Create Catalog Item form will open.
- Fill in the required information.
- Click Save.
Importing Catalog Items
If you need to add a larger number of items, you can use the Import function.
- Click Import.
- Download the prepared template: CSV Template, Excel Template
- Fill in the required data in the template.
- Upload the file to the system using Click or drag a file here.
- Click Import.
If an item with the same Material Number already exists, the system will update it.
Searching for Items
You can search for items in the catalog using the Search for Catalog Items field by entering the item name or identifier.
